3. Your Data
- You own the data that you enter in the App and the files in your Google Drive and Google Sheets.
- The App reads and writes this data only to provide its features.
- The Developer does not store your data on Developer-operated servers.

The App, its design, and its code belong to the Developer. These Terms give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App. This license does not give you any rights to the Developer’s name, logo, or trademarks.
6. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. The Developer does not guarantee that the App is free of errors or always available. Reports that the App produces are tools to help your work. You are responsible for checking them before you rely on them.
